Alex really helped me while I was in Charlotte for business. Didn't realize my brakes were going until I heard grinding. All of the other shops were too busy but Alex was able to come and replace my pads and rotors without me having to drive my vehicle anywhere. His price was relatively much cheaper considering my only other alternative would be to have my vehicle towed 70 miles home.

I did my due diligence shopping around for mobile brake service for my 2012 Ford Fusion. I chose TurboBrakes for their expedient reply and overall openess to address and fulfill my specific needs. Alex, the service technician, is a very competent and efficient mechanic. He listens intently and provides good information during the entire service process. He's just a really nice guy and does the very best work. He met me at a hospital parking lot after an appointment I had to service my vehicle. This added both efficiency and expediency to the process. Alex's workflow was seamless and steady completing the job under 2 hours. He replaced both rear/aft rotors and brake pads as well as both front brake pads (Ceramic-Low Dust). Alex performed a maintenance check post repair by Test Driving my vehicle to ensure everything was top notch, in order and safe. Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism. I contacted Alex through a colleague and set up an appointment very easily over the phone. He and his partner were very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. They did a phenomenal job and were very transparent about everything. I would highly recommend using TurboBrakes over a brick and mortar shop.

Streamlined from start to finish. Alex set expectations upfront and delivered. Arrived promptly. Transparent diagnostics (didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need). Communicative regarding diagnostics (answered any questions and took time to educate me around the wear and tear he observed in my brake system). And lastly everything was fairly priced. Highly recommend and will be calling Alex again in the future.

Alex did an excellent job with my brakes! He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and helped me figure out exactly which parts my vehicle needed. He even traveled to me so I didn’t have to take time off work, which made everything so convenient. My car is running smoothly again, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and efficiency.
